- ATM & Online Cards: available after 3 months of good account activity.
- International Transfers: available to external banks with standard fees.
- Bill Payments: customers who opened accounts before November 2025 and maintain 3 months of activity get lifetime free bill payments.
- Marketplace: a platform connecting merchants and customers across 30 countries.
- Business & API: integration for merchants to accept payments and manage accounts programmatically.
3. Marketplace Rules
- Verified Merchants: Only verified merchants may list products or services.
- Promotions: Accounts opened before November 2025 receive one year of free ads and promotions. After November 2025, new accounts must subscribe to paid plans.
- Compliance: Listings must comply with all applicable laws (no illegal goods or services).
- Removal: We may remove or suspend listings that violate laws, regulations, or our policies.
4. Payments & Fees
- Internal Transfers (Tranz-to-Tranz): free.
- International Transfers: fees displayed at the time of transaction.
- Marketplace Promotions: free for early users (before November 2025, 1 year), then paid.
- Other Services: fees are transparent and shown before confirmation.
- Taxes: Users are responsible for any taxes arising from their transactions.
5. Business & API
- KYB: Businesses must complete Know Your Business (KYB) checks.
- Credentials: API keys and credentials must be kept secure; sharing or abuse is prohibited.
- API Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend API access in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive load.
- Sandbox: Sandbox is for testing only; production data must not be used in sandbox environments.
6. Security & Compliance
- Registration: Operated and managed by John Financial Services — John F. S. Limited (UK). Licensed in the Comoros Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Dominica.
- Standards: We comply with PCI-DSS standards, AML/CTF regulations, and international banking rules.
- Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or illegal activities.
- Investigation: We may freeze or report accounts under investigation by regulators.
7. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate and updated information.
- Lawful Use: Use services only for lawful purposes.
- Account Security: Keep account access secure.
- Report Suspicious Activity: Report suspicious activity immediately to support@tranzdb.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
- As Is: We provide services "as is" and "as available".
- Not Liable: We are not liable for losses caused by:
- Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, force majeure).
- Unauthorized use due to your negligence (e.g., weak passwords, shared credentials).
- Third-party services or merchants listed on the Marketplace.
9. Suspension & Termination
- Suspension Reasons: We may suspend or close accounts if you:
- Breach these Terms or applicable laws.
- Engage in fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
- Fail to meet compliance requirements.
- Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Certain obligations (e.g., outstanding fees, legal holds) may continue after closure.
10. Privacy
Privacy Policy: Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
11. Changes to Terms
Amendments: We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or service changes. Updated terms will be posted with a revised Effective date. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Comoros Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Dominica, as applicable to the service jurisdiction, and by the laws of the United Kingdom where John F. S. Limited operates.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall first attempt resolution via our support team.
- Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration or relevant courts, depending on jurisdiction.
